On behalf of compamedia, the Scientific Society for Management and Consulting (WGMB) from Bonn examined the participating consulting firms. Their reference customers provided information as part of a scientifically based procedure: How professional were the management consultants? How satisfactory was the consulting service? What impact did the collaboration have? According to the WGMB, the decisive factor for an award is "a customer-oriented, SME-oriented consulting service".
The Top Consultant award is a confirmation of our work
Digacon has made the leap into the ranks of the best SME consultants. Since the company was founded in 2017, the Stuttgart-based consultants have made a name for themselves, particularly with their expertise in the area of SAP Commerce Cloud. Digacon advises its customers on the further development and optimization of their business processes. As a rule, these are digitization projects that we both design and implement with our 30-strong, agile team of developers. In this way, our customers receive their digitization project from a single source, from conception to implementation. We see receiving an award for our work as confirmation that we are on the right track. However, we also know that we must continue to develop in order to keep up with the rapid pace of technological progress and to be able to provide our customers with top-quality advice in the future as well.
Prof. Dr. Dietmar Fink, Professor of Management Consulting at Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University of Applied Sciences, leads the Scientific Society for Management and Consulting together with Bianka Knoblach. As scientific experts, they decide who is named a top consultant. Consulting firms that have received a "good" or "very good" rating are selected. "In order to receive good and very good marks from numerous SME customers, a consulting firm must really understand SMEs," says Prof. Dr. Dietmar Fink, pointing out the SME expertise of the award-winning consulting firms. For medium-sized companies, in turn, TOP CONSULTANT is an important orientation aid in the search for a medium-sized-oriented management consultancy.
